LEAP! Ready with DU Refi Plus
Home Affordable Refinance products now qualifying.

Montville NJ, April 4, 2009 — The DU Refi Plus products, announced by the Department of the Treasury as part of the Home Affordable Refinance initiative, provide refinance opportunities to borrowers with mortgages held or guaranteed by Fannie Mae.

Within the last two weeks, lenders have finally begun to offer these products as refinance options. As always, MPS has been on the forefront of implementing such products and is pleased to announce their availability within LEAP!.

There are still lenders who have not yet released the DU Refi Plus products and MPS will be releasing these products as they become available. If you have any questions about the DU Refi Plus products or how they have been implemented for individual lenders please do not hesitate to contact your MPS Account Representative.
